1. Bookings

Book your appointment slot online at www.joartysan.com/online-booking or WhatsApp us at our hotline (65) 8889 2880. 

A Booking Deposit is required to book the appointment for your desired treatment(s). Once your booking deposit is received, Jo Artysan will have that time slot and artist secured and confirmed specially for you.

2. Appointments

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment at Jo Artysan for registration and to fully appreciate your treatment session.

3. Late Arrivals

Out of respect for all of our clients, please note that we may have to reschedule the appointment for clients who are over 15 minutes late (subject to the time slot booked by the next client), if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 20 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”.

4. Cancellations

Here at Jo Artysan, we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes as required. 


However, we seek your kind understanding that Jo Artysan runs strictly by appointment only and often, we have clients on our waiting list, hence rescheduling appointments on short notice inconveniences other clients from being able to get into that slot. 


We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may need you to reschedule your appointment and therefore, we respectfully request a 48 hours’ notice via text message/ call to change any appointment so that we are able to best serve all our clients and our staff equally.


To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, the following applies:

New Appointments

•    Failure to show up / Cancellation of an appointment will regrettably result in 100% forfeiture of the booking deposit fee. We strongly advise that you book your appointment only when you have made up your mind 


Complimentary Touch Up Appointments

•    No Show or any changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will lead to a forfeiture of the complimentary service as time has been specially reserved for your good self given that we run on an appointment basis and we do not earn anything out of it. Thank you for kindly understanding this as part of our opportunity cost. 


Jo Artysan also understands that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling your appointment. For such scenarios, we will look into one grace appointment subject to the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any decision to waive any fees will be made at managements absolute discretion.


This policy allows us sufficient time to inform our clients on the waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving our established and future clienteles.

5. Complimentary Touch Up

All complimentary touch ups are valid on weekdays only (excluding Public Holidays) and needs to be utilized within 2 months from the first session date.


When booking a complimentary touch up slot, kindly note to book back with your original artist based on their availability. For specific artist request (kindly highlight upfront so that the team can arrange accordingly) or weekend slots, an additional $80 applies.

To request for director service during your complimentary touch up (if your previous appointment was with our senior artist), a separate charge applies.
