1. Bookings

Book your appointment online at www.joartysan.com/online-booking or WhatsApp us at our hotline (65) 8889 2880. 

A Booking Deposit is required to book the appointment for your desired treatment(s). Once your booking deposit is received, that time slot is secured specially for you.

A Booking Deposit is part of our business policy and we thank you for respecting it. The deposit will be used to offset the final payment. Do book only if you are comfortable with the arrangement as there are no obligations.

2. Appointments

Upon booking and confirmation of your appointment, please help us to mark your calendar for the appointment as no further reminders will be sent. 

We are located at 111 Somerset Road Triple One Somerset Level 2, which is opposite 313 Somerset. There is parking available within the building itself.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment at Jo Artysan for registration and to fully appreciate your treatment session.

3. Cancellations

Here at Jo Artysan, we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes as required. 


However, we seek your kind understanding that Jo Artysan runs strictly by appointment only and often, we have clients on our waiting list, hence rescheduling appointments on short notice inconveniences other clients from being able to get into that slot. 


We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may need you to reschedule your appointment and therefore, we respectfully request a 48 hours' notice in advance via text message/ call to change any appointment so that we are able to best serve all our clients and our staff equally.


To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, the following applies:

Please be on time for your appointment(s), as coming late (15 mins grace period) will be counted as a No-Show as well. It is not in our interest nor your benefit for us to rush through the work, especially if we have a next appointment after yours. 

New Appointments

•   No-Show or any Reschedule/ Cancellation of an appointment without 48 hours' notice will regrettably result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. We strongly advise that you book your appointment only when you are ready and have made up your mind. We will be happy to clarify any queries which you might have before booking your appointment as deposits are non refundable.

Complimentary Touch Up 

•    No Show or any Reschedule/ Cancellation of a complimentary touch up appointment without 48 hours' notice will regrettably result in forfeiture of the complimentary touch up session as we have allocated and block up this slot specially for you with your artist and we do not earn anything out of it. Thank you for kindly understanding this as part of our opportunity cost. 


Jo Artysan also understands that unplanned emergencies happen that prevent 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling your appointment. For such scenarios, we will look into a grace appointment subject to the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any decision to waive any fees will be made at managements absolute discretion.


This policy allows us sufficient time to inform our clients on the waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving our established and future clienteles.

4. Complimentary Touch Up

All complimentary touch ups are valid on weekdays only (excluding Public Holidays) and needs to be utilized within 2 months from the first session date.


When booking a complimentary touch up slot, kindly note to book back with your original artist based on their availability. For specific artist request (kindly highlight upfront so that the team can arrange accordingly) or weekend slots, an additional $80 applies.

To request for master artist/director service during your complimentary touch up (if your previous appointment was with our senior artist), a separate charge applies.
