1. Bookings

Book your appointment online at or WhatsApp us at our hotline (65) 8889 2880. 

A Booking Deposit is required to book the appointment for your desired treatment(s). Once your booking deposit is received, that time slot is secured specially for you.

A Booking Deposit is non-refundable and part of our Company policy; we thank you for respecting it. The deposit will be used to offset the final payment. Kindly read our policy and proceed to book only if you are comfortable with the polices. And we will love to see you!

2. Appointments

Upon booking and confirmation of your appointment, kindly help us to mark and update your calendar for the booked appointment as no further reminders will be sent. 

We are located at 111 Somerset Road Triple One Somerset Level 2, which is opposite 313 Somerset. There is parking available within the building itself.

Kindly arrive 5 minutes before your appointment for registration and to fully appreciate your treatment session.

3. Cancellations

Here at Jo Artysan, we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes as required. 


However, we seek our friends' kind understanding that we run strictly by appointment only and often, we have friends on our waiting list. Rescheduling appointments on short notice inconveniences and deprives other friends from being able to get into that much cherished slot. Hence, we will fully appreciate if our friends commit to the appointment that they have booked with us.


We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may need our friends to reschedule their appointment and therefore, we respectfully request a 48 hours' notice in advance via text message/ call to change any appointment so that we are able to best serve all our friends and staffs equally.


To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, the following applies:

Please be on time for your appointment(s), as coming in late by more than (15 minutes) will be counted as a No-Show. It is not in our interest nor your benefit for us to rush through the work, and also not to affect other friends who are coming in for their next appointment and making them wait.

New Appointments

•   For No-Show/ Reschedule of an appointment without 48 hours' notice or any Cancellation of appointment(s) will regrettably result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. We strongly advise that our friends to book their appointment only when they are ready and able to commit to the appointment time booked. We will be happy to clarify any queries which our friends might have before booking their appointment. 

Complimentary Touch Up 

•    For No Show or any Reschedule/ Cancellation of a complimentary touch up appointment without 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the complimentary touch up session as we have allocated and committed this slot specially for our friends with their artist. Seek our friends' understanding as this is also part of our opportunity cost. 


Reschedule of Appointments

•    Our friends are entitled to a 1 X reschedule of appointment with 48 hours' advance notice, failing which the booking deposit/ complimentary touch up session will be forfeited.


This policy allows us to have sufficient time to inform our friends who may be on the waiting list of any availability, as well as optimizing our schedule, thus better serving our friends, both existing and new!


We like to thank all of our amazing friends and You in advance for your continued support and for respecting our policy.

4. Complimentary Touch Up

All complimentary touch ups are valid on weekdays only (excluding Public Holidays) and needs to be utilized within 2 months from the first session date.


When booking a complimentary touch up slot, kindly note to book back with your original artist based on their availability. For specific artist request (kindly highlight upfront so that the team can arrange accordingly) or weekend slots, an additional $80 applies.

To request for master artist/director service during your complimentary touch up (if your previous appointment was with our senior artist), a separate charge applies.
